This Return Policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work for eligible products purchased through Digica’s online store or other purchase flows we operate. Digital goods, subscriptions, and custom items may have different rules as disclosed at purchase.

1. Eligibility
Return eligibility depends on the product type, condition of the item, and the return window and conditions stated on your order confirmation and at checkout. If a product page or checkout screen specifies that an item is final sale or non-returnable, those terms apply.
Generally, items should be returned in original packaging where reasonable, with tags and accessories included, unless the return is due to damage or defect on arrival.
Opened or used items may be accepted only where permitted by the terms disclosed at purchase or where required by applicable consumer law.
2. How to start a return
Contact support@digica.app with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions, including any required return merchandise authorization (RMA) and the return shipping address.
Ship the item using the instructions provided. You may be responsible for return shipping costs unless we state otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise.
3. Defective or damaged items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact support@digica.app promptly with photos and your order details. We will work with you on an appropriate remedy (repair, replacement, refund, or partial refund) consistent with applicable law and the terms at purchase.
4. Refunds

5. Exchanges
Where exchanges are offered, availability may vary by product. If an exchange cannot be completed, we may offer a refund or store credit as described at purchase.
6. Restocking and fees
Restocking fees, return shipping charges, or other fees may apply where disclosed at checkout or on your order confirmation.
