Digica setup guide
Set up your Digica in a few minutes
Download the app, register your account, choose a profile, and connect the Digica device that came in your package.
Download the Digica app
Install the official Digica app from the Apple App Store or Google Play. You can use the buttons below or search for “Digica”.
Create your account
Open Digica, choose Sign up, enter your details, and complete the verification step shown in the app.
Create or choose your profile
Open the Profile tab and create your first profile, or select the profile you want this physical Digica device to open.
Connect your Digica device
From that profile, open Connected Devices, select Add Device, choose the device category, then scan the QR code on the Digica Card, Business Stand, Tag, or Sticker.
The setup path inside Digica
For setup, use the QR scanner inside the Digica app after selecting Add Device. After the device is connected, you can scan or tap the physical product normally to test the public profile.
Need a little help?
If the device does not appear under Connected Devices, or you see a message that it is already connected, contact Digica support and include the device code shown on the product.
