Delete Your Digica Account

Use this page to request deletion of your Digica account and associated personal data, even if you no longer have the Digica app installed.

Email Digica Support using the button below. Please send the request from the email address connected to your Digica account whenever possible. This helps us verify your request securely.

What to include

  • • The email address connected to your Digica account
  • • Your full name
  • • Your phone number, if it is connected to your account
  • • A clear statement that you want your Digica account deleted

What happens next

  1. 1. Request received. Digica Support reviews your account-deletion request.
  2. 2. Verification. We may contact you to confirm that the request is authorized.
  3. 3. Deletion processing. After verification, we process deletion of your Digica account and associated personal data.
  4. 4. Confirmation. We send a confirmation after your deletion request has been processed.
